本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Geo Snap Viewer 360、GeoTIFF Viewer を含む一連の地図関連ツール（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、地図上で360°写真・GeoTIFF・GeoJSON・KML などのデータを表示・確認するためのツールです。個人が無償で提供するものであり、動作の正確性・継続性・完全性を保証しません。
本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。本アプリは予告なく変更・停止・終了する場合があります。
本アプリはブラウザ上で動作し、読み込んだデータは利用者の端末内で処理されます。データの管理・保存・バックアップは利用者自身の責任で行ってください。
本アプリに含まれるコード・デザイン・名称は開発者に帰属します。ただし、地図タイルや外部ライブラリは各提供元のライセンスに従います。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ上に掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to a set of map-related tools, including Geo Snap Viewer 360 and GeoTIFF Viewer (collectively, “the Application”). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Application provides tools for displaying and reviewing data such as photos, GeoTIFF, GeoJSON, and KML on a map. The Application is provided free of charge by an individual developer and is offered without any guarantee of accuracy, continuity, or completeness.
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the Application. The Application may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
The Application runs entirely within the user’s web browser, and all loaded data is processed locally on the user’s device. Users are solely responsible for managing, storing, and backing up their own data.
All code, design, and naming within the Application belong to the developer. Map tiles and external libraries are subject to the licenses of their respective providers.
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective once posted within the Application.
